Food trucks in DTD

Does anyone know if there are any food trucks in DTD these days? Last trip in 2019 we enjoyed a few, and I can't remember all of them but one was a tri-tip place. Debating whether I should make reservations for our DTD night, or just go with it - we have a large group of two families with lots of little kids, so going to multiple food trucks might make more sense than trying to do a sitdown meal together.

I don't remember seeing any food trucks in DTD when I was there last week, and I made the walk from DLH to the parks.
However, I was not looking for them specifcially, so it's possible I just ignored any.

No food trucks since Covid. With the construction going on in that area, I don't think there would be seating available to make it worth it. They have also opened the Star Wars Outpost, where one truck would park in front of.

I saw this and had hoped it was someone seeing a food truck. But thinking about it, the logistics don't currently make sense.
