It is near the balloon ride, and across from Candy Cauldron and Sunglass Hut.

Last two trips there the food trucks been spread out more. Some were in the spot above, some were in the area by the other entrance to AMC.

That is a completely different animal than the Disney Springs food trucks. Interesting.

I'm not a sushi person but I've heard from several this Sushi Food Truck is excellent and they have a nice set up. Not far from Disney Springs.
