Hi...I'm leaving for another (not Disney!) trip, but I thought I'd make these quick notes to y'all while the memories are fairly fresh!

12/11: arrived at WDW, late lunch at Pizzafari at AK. So-so. I had the pepperoni pizza...it was ok, but I think I should have had a salad. :) Dinner that night...oh, also not so great. Had the counter service bratwurst in Germany at Epcot...seemed sort of bland. I didn't have the sauerkraut with mine. So...food choices weren't great on that day.

12/12: Breakfast was Mickey waffles at CBR food court. Yum!! and the bacon was nice and crisp, how I like it. :)
Lunch...dang...we did so much park hopping, I can't remember where we were on what days. I think we did lunch at Columbia Harbour House on this day (or maybe I'm mixing up lunches from the 12th and 13th); I had the salad with chicken, yummy dressing, nuts, and cheese crumbles. Very good. Travelling bud had the fish and chicken strips and fries...said it was good (too much fried stuff for my taste).
Dinner...Dinner was at 50s Prime Time. Got a PS for after 7 pm (while we were at the park that day...didn't have any PS's planned prior to arrival in Orlando) and got there a little early, 'cause we were freezing outside! Waited about 10-15 min. at the bar (not long enough to get an order in for drinks, as the bar was full and there were only 1.5 bartenders). I had wine and the pot roast. Oh, and we had the oh, so yummy, but messy to eat onion rings for an appetizer. Bud had meatloaf?? He was good and ate all his veggies. And, seeing the kids with their light-up drinks, he had to have a lighted cube in his beer, which the server was fine with bringing. Good service here! No dessert...just more wine. :)

12/13: Went to AK early...after the safari, had breakfast at Tusker House. I had a bagel with cream cheese and fruit cup (trying to be a little healthy), and those were fine. Bud had the eggs, bacon, sausage combo and a muffin. That was a ton of food! Said it was good...I have had their breakfast food and have liked it, so he was probably right, though getting an opinion from him on anything was like pulling teeth (don't even get me started there  )
Lunch...this must be the day we had fish and chips at England in Epcot. Very good; very consistent place to eat. Margaritas don't quite go as well with Fish and Chips.
Dinner...Walked from MK over to CR, partly to avoid the crowds leaving the park...we had thought about going to Poly for dinner, but when we got to CR, I remembered there is the Concourse Steakhouse. No PS; we walked right in and were seated right away. This was probably the best meal of the trip. I had the filet, and bud had the prime rib. They were both cooked to order and very yummy. I had good wine and he had 2 more beers with lighted ice cubes. Desserts looked beautiful on the table next to ours, but we passed.

12/14: Went to MGM early and rode RNR 3 times and TOT once before 9 am. That was plenty, and then we went to ABC Commissary as it is the only real breakfast place. Well, that was a bummer, 'cause it was freezing cold inside! I asked one of the CMs to ask the manager why the ac was on when it was in the 40s outside...he reported that it wasn't on, but we were getting cold air from the automatic doors. I didn't really believe that...they could have put some heat in there somehow! I had bacon and eggs and hash browns and biscuit. Hash browns were greasy and the eggs got cold quickly because of the room temp. Disappointed in this meal.
For Lunch, we were at DTD, and Earl of Sandwich looked busy, so we walked right into Wolfgang Puck's express. I had the butternut squash soup, which was really good (I like their tortilla soup, too). Bud had some sort of sandwich...suppose it was good.

For dinner, I was on my own, as the bud left that day. I went back to Epcot and attempted to watch the CP, but was freezing (the wind was what really killed ya that day). Wandered around a bit, then went to Alfredo's in Italy. No PS. Waited less than 10 min. (prob. 5), and got a seat. CM (Lara or Lari) was very attentive, as was the parmesan cheese and water girl CM. :) I had some salad (didn't love the prosciutto on the top) and then the trittori de pasta (or something like that)--lasagna, fettucine alfredo, and gnocchi. It was very very good, esp. the fettucine. And 2 glasses of a very nice Chianti (it was the more expensive one, but very good).

12/15...slept in, then got one last Mickey waffle at the CBR food court before I left for home!
