Food questions: Storyteller's Cafe & Corn Dog Castle

I'm starting to plan our meals for our late August trip and have a few questions.

Does Storyteller's Cafe offer only buffet for dinner or do they still have a la carte menu offerings as well?

At Corn Dog Castle, what is a cheddar cheese stick?

Not sure what Storyteller's is doing for dinner currently, but the Cheddar Cheese stick from CDC is like a corn dog, except there is no hot dog in the center, just yummy melted cheese...it is like the perfect grilled cheese (especially if you like corn dogs).

Storyteller's has both buffet and ala carte. It was great since some people got buffet and other people ordered from menu, perfect!

We had our best meal at Storytellers. We loved the buffet and other people in our group order off the menu and had a delicious meal. Kids can order off the kids menu or have buffet. We had great service and food , our new favorite restaurant!!
