Afternoon Tea at the Grand Floridian Garde View Lounge

We had the Buckingham Palace - Traditional tea sandwiches, scones and jam tarts complemented by fresh strawberries and cream, or a selection of freshly baked pastries, along with your choice of tea. $19.50 per guest

Tea Sandwiches

I have two of the shrimp salad sandwiches on my plate because my sister doesn't like seafood.

I had the Princess Breakfast tea. It is a sweet custom blend of South African organic rooibos flavored with vanilla bean and a hint of strawberries. Rich in antioxidants and vitamins, and naturally decaffeinated. I am not a tea drinker, but with 3 lumps of sugar, I did!

If you are wondering where the Garden View Lounge is, it is right off the GF lobby right behind that lady sleeping on the couch.

Here's my first contribution to these food threads I love so much!

As I took these pics I told the food to smile and say DISboards!!

Kona Sticky Wings...as good as everyone says they are!!!!

I am NOT a fan of sushi and this was one of the yummiest things I've ever eaten! Shrimp Tempura Rolls from Kuna sushi bar with a sweet sauce. Sooo good.

Quiche from Food n Wine France..good but too small!

Creme Brulee from France. Like another poster said, like a snack pack with a burnt top!

Beck's Oktoberfest. The first and last beer I'll ever try. IM NOT A BEER PERSON. This was very bitter!

Sausage with krat on pretzel roll, and spatzel. Both VERY good.

Peach Schnapps frozen oolong tea from China. I want one just looking at it!!

Almond crusted maple custard from Canada. very yummy but tiny

Cheddar Cheese Soup. Nuff said. not big enough.

KAKI GORI from Japan!! Rainbow flavoured and delicious on a hot day.

Princess Breakfast Tea and Sally Lunn bread. Like a fluffy toast with apricot jam. Yummmm
