Food Outside WDW

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I searched recent threads and could not find any info.
Since we are staying on property and have no car this trip, I was wondering what kind of takeout/delivery options are available. I know there are several pizza delivery outfits, but was hoping that some of the chain restaurants just outside WDW would offer delivery to the resorts, specifically OKW or BWV.
We like the restaurants on property but sometimes just want a salad or sandwich without having to make an ADR or waiting in a long line at ESPN.

All the DVC locations have a grab and go area for things like sandwiches, so I usually do that.

If you stay at BWV, you can go to the Beach Club Marketplace (inside, off the lobby, part of the general store) or what I'd like to do, head over to the Dolphin resort. The Fountain is good for a quick bite, and I had no problem getting in at lunchtime. Same with Picabu, the "buffeteria".

At OKW, Goods to Go is pretty much the only quick option, unless you want to walk to Saratoga Springs or Downtown Disney.

I wouldn't know of any outside-the-WDW-bubble options.
