Are there any options currently available for food at AKL?

Sanaa and Maji pool bar at Kidani.

Also some premade sandwiches and salads in the shop at Kidani. No food currently at Jambo house.

We’ve found it pretty tough and are very glad we drove and brought a lot. Being here right now I’d suggest not having high expectations so keep that in mind. Have plenty of off resort options (at the parks, Disney Springs, etc..) or bring some food with you to supplement.

And be aware the pool bars close during storms (for example the pools have been shut since about 3 today due to lightening) so only Sana’a and the little shop coolers are open right now.

(you can get some good South African wine in the gift shop though )

Sanaa is the only restaurant open, things change everyday so keep checking
