I have just recently started watching the Food Network some and I'm wondering if anyone else does? Specifically the show Cooking Thin. I just caught it for the first time today and thought it was great!
If you haven't seen it I would definitely recommend it. The episode I saw today featured her helping a Texas family learn to eat healthier but still enjoy foods that they liked. It was full of interesting information and I have TIVO all set to tape it every time it's on.
It's amazing that I have more of an interest in cooking now than I did when we were eating anything we wanted. It's a challenge to continue to come up with new, healthy things and I have really enjoyed it. I'm addicted to Cooking Light magazine and have been buying up all of the old Annuals on Ebay and have yet to try a bad recipe. I'm amazed that healthy cooking can taste so good!
It's great that there are so many outlets for learning to cook healthy!
