I hate to wine but so sick of this. I cant eat anything anymore. It seems like im intolarant to EVERYTHING lately. I had IBS in the past but this is totally diffent. Yesterday I thought my intolerance was dairy so today I ate bread and Jelly and water and guess what? I got sick again. Im just frustrated since it seems like I cant eat anything. I also recently was at the doctors and found out I have hypoglycemia issues. Any advice on what to do? I was trying for the most part today to stick to the BART diet (ok yea i know Jelly isnt on there but after the 4th slice of bread it needed somthing)

I'm lactose intolerant. Very lactose intolerant. Sometimes I get sick less than six hours later and sometimes a day or two later. It took years for me to figure out how severely lactose intolerant I am because I would never know what made me sick. I started out with just not being able to have milk, ice cream, and some cheeses. Now, I can only have lactose-free cheese and I get sick from whey, which wasn't the case. Milk is in all sorts of things. Salad dressings, deli meats, some crackers, bread. There's a great website that gives a good list of what foods have milk in it that would surprise you.

Also, I've been tested for Celiac disease. I don't have it, but I'm glad I had the test. I've read and been told that more people have it than know they have it. Best of luck!

Check the bread. There may be some milk in it.

Try a modified BRAT diet where you drop the T. Try a few days with just ripe Bananas, plain white rice and plain unsweetened Applesauce. You might have a problem with gluten in which case the Toast will make you sick.

make sure the bananas are ripe too- ones that are not ripe do not settle well with me.
I am on a GF diet due to a intolerance- 1 doctor says allergy to wheat and gluten , another says it's intolerance.
all I know is if I eat wheat/gluten I am sick for days.
I can eat yogurt, but can not drink milk.
different dr' s say lactose intolernce, other says allergy.
I have IBS and I am a type 2 and i know if I eat things too high in sugars my tummy is not happy.
could be a side effect from the hypoglycemia?
Bread is very high in natural and added sugars.
I flipped when I read High Frutose corn syrup after white flour in the bread I was giving my family :scared1:
I can drink Soy but NOT with added sugars.
I hope you feel better soon. it's not fun:(

It may be the gluten. Have you been tested for Celiac disease? I had IBS for years thought it was soy, seafood garlic you name it amking me sick. Flet the same way as you, frustrated and tired and miserable. Finally after finding out my daughter had Celiac disease I eliminated gluten and ALL my IBS symptoms are gone- GONE. After 30 years of stomach aches I have NO MORE! Look into getting tested you may find the relief you need :). Hope you feel better soon!
