food ingredients

Last year when we planning our trip I found a link that had all the food and ingredients. Does anyone know where I can find it? My son has a severe dairy allergy so I would like to plan ahead to know what I can get him

If you made ADR's did you note it on your reservations? A chef will come to your table and prepare safe foods for your son. My son had multiple food allergies and we have never had any issues. If you go to WCC ask for a rice dream milkshake! There will be sorbet, rice dream and soy ice cream at many of the sit down restaurants. Also, divvies are sold in some of the hotel shops and those are safe foods for treats. If you do counter service ask to speak to a manager in charge when you order. SOmetimes the cashiers are not as helpful. If there is nothing available on the kids menu they will make a burger or something else for him.
