Food ingredient information at Festival booths?

We’ll be in Epcot soon during Festival of the Arts. Some of the foods look really delicious! Unfortunately I have uncommon food allergies so I always have to ask about ingredients - Disney has done this for me by speaking with a chef. I’ve never tried food during a festival… do you think I can ask about ingredients to see if I can safely try some of the foods?
