Food deliveries to a hotel

Hi there,
When we stayed at the RISW we ordered from flippers Pizza.
Really good food. Anyway because the hotel has interior corridors
they wouldn't let the delivery guy up to our room, so we had to meet
him in the lobby.no big deal.
