Our son got one on our January trip when we grabbed a late lunch there right after we arrived - they threw it on the tab along with our lunch and applied the discount.

I haven't bought one at SSR, but at an All Star I was buying one and some food, and the cashier said "you know TIW won't cover that" and I just smiled (b/c I knew it would), she rang it all up, and the register took the percentage off the cup, too. It's just how their systems do it. Even though the cashiers think it won't.
