Food carry-in policy

I apologize if this has been answered a lot already. What is Universals policy on carry in food and drink items? We are used to the Disney rules so we always packed a soft sided cooler with sandwiches, soda, and other snacks.

What does Universal allow? Specific info and experience would help, thanks!

Cooler size is smaller but food allowed in is the same. You'll see lots of people with small coolers with sandwiches and snacks and drinks. They just don't want you bringing full meals into the parks.
