Food at EPCOT Extended Evening Hours

Does anyone happen to know which food places, if any, are open during extended evening hours at Epcot? Trying to decide if it's worth it for my husband and I to leave the sleeping kids with Grandma and head over to Epcot to try some food during that time.

Barely any. Only a few popcorn and snack kiosks and I think one place in Mexico. Rose & Crown pub is open but I dont know if it serves any food.. The festival booths will not be open.
