This is a wonderful story to begin my day! Thanks for telling it! I had been concerned because I've missed seeing armadillos around the FW when we ride our bikes there. So, well, really, I'm glad you saw one.

Sounds like yall had a great time. We have considered doing this from time to time, but just havent got up the nerve yet. DW and DS love camping, but DD and I arent much on it. Mind you, I like all the sitting around the campfire stuff and all the fun of what goes along with camping. But when it comes time to bed down, well thats when it all heads south for me and DD. I am pretty much wore out after 2 nights of it. But FW seems a bit more relaxing than most of the woods I have camped in, so we will see. Now to convince DD
