Food And Wine Recipe-Puerto Rico Soup

Hi! I just got back from a too brief trip to my first F&W Festival! We enjoyed pretty much all of the food we tried, but especially the Asopao de Pollo (chicken and rice soup) from the Puerto Rico stand. Does anyone happen to have a recipe for this? I would love to try it at home. I checked Allears but didn't see it listed there. Thanks so much!!!

I do know that this year they had a contest for disney cast members to create a dish for the FAWF and this was the winning dish.

I assume that winning would also mean they had to give up the recipe but this may be a little harder to find until it ends up on the Disney websites or in the FAWF cookbook.

I use the site for the holidays and the recipes are so authentic, my mom actually accused me of stealing from her recipe box. Asopao is wonderful and great for anything that ails you! I miss my grandmother's soup!!
