I thought it might be nice to do a summary thread on how got what and who didn't get what.. instead of having it buried on page 15 of the old thread

Me (Solo)

10/14 Party for the Senses
10/14 Wine & Cheese pairing (how much can I drink in one day, better use Disney drivers!)
10/17 Food & Wine Pairing in Morroco.

Got everything I wanted, but may try to make a change later today.

10/7 Party for the Senses (just DH and I; also DH's 34th bday that night :) )

That's all so far; we're debating either Kitchen Coversations or Sweet Sundays.

:sunny: Amy

DH and I will be PFTS on Sept 30 :cool1:

We may even wear matching outfits!! :rotfl:

Party For the Senses on 10/14
Food & Wine Pairing on 10/17 (Morocco)

Could not get tickets to Food & Wine Pairing on 10/20 (Canada) - it was already booked!!! Did get on the waitlist!

Add us to the PFTS on Sept 30! I think we'll be glad to be able to walk to BWI afterwards! :drinking1

POTS ~ October 21, 2006

The Cook, The Book and The Bottle ~ October 26, 2006

Kitchen Conversations ~ October 27, 2006

Can't wait!

Food & Wine Pairing - 10/19 Coral Reef - me & DH
Sweet Sundays - 10/22 (I love Sugar Rush!!) - me, DH, and my parents
Food & Wine Pairing - 10/24 Restaurant Marrakesh - me, DH, and my parents

We're going to save party for the senses for a trip when my parents aren't with us since they weren't too keen trying that one. DH and I really wanted to do a signature dinner but the prices were just a bit too much for us on this trip. Would have loved the dinner at V&A but $300 per person is too rich for my blood this time around.

Good luck to everyone!

Hit: PFTS 10/21
Miss: The Cook, The Book and The Bottle (Alan Wong)-10/20

Cheese/wine workshop 9/30
PFTS 9/30
Food/wine workshop 10/1
PFTS 10/28
Italian Wine School 10/29
Sake/Sushi pairing 10/30
Mexico regional feast 11/1
Kitchen Conversation 11/3
Bistro de Paris f/w pairing 11/4

We missed on:

F&W pairing, LeCelier, 10/27

We got:
F&W pairing, Coral Reef, 10/27
Sweet Sundays, 10/29, 9am

I forgot to set my alarm last night (yes--that made me question my Disney dedication this morning too--I know what you all are thinking  ), so I didn't call until about 7:20 CST. I do think it's funny though--we originally planned on only doing the pairing at LeCelier, but when it was gone I decided we'd do 2 things to make up for the fact that I didn't get what I really wanted. I did put us on the waitlist for LeCelier but who knows how that will turn out. Of course--I'll be at Disney so whatever happens, I will be extremely happy!

Hit: POTS 9/30; Sweet Sensations 10/1 @ 9; Saki, Sushi 10/2

Thinking about cancelling Sweet Sensations, since we will only be there four days and an event each day seems like a bit much when there are the stands and free things to do. Would anyone like to change my mind?

Hit:
Sweet Sunday 10/22 @ 9 am

Called at 7:30 am EST

Wanted to go to a Kitchen Conversation, but there won't be one during our time there. Would have loved to see the Deen Boys. I noticed that they removed the guest star names. Does anyone know who the guests will be, or are those of you signing up just knowing you want to do it no matter who the guest is?

PFTS on 10/28
The Cook/Book/Bottle on 10/26

Have to RS our couples massage at the GF Spa to the 27th that gives us a nice event on each day of our trip. :teeth:

Disney updated the website.

The Deen boys are the first Conversationa and Cat Cora is the second.

No update on three and four. (If it was Alton I might have just had to rearrange the whole schedule, he cracks me up!)

I am surprising my wife for a 3 day w/e without the kids.

On Friday night we are having a dinner at the Portebello Yacht Club. (We haven't had a dinner there alone since 1989)

On Saturday 10/21 I was able to score ressies for PFTS. It's a bonus that 3 Dog Night will be there, I've been a fan of them since I was a kid.

On Sunday 10/22 I was able to score ressies for Sweet Sunday's @ 12:00.

***Does anyone know what the dress code is for PFTS?***

Steve, in the past, it's been resort casual. No t shirts, sneakers, etc. (although they don't throw you out if you do show up wearing shorts and sneakers).
