Food and Wine Festival last day

DH and I will be arriving at WDW on November 14, the last day of the Food and Wine Festival. Is it worth skipping ADRs for that day, or is the festival pretty much winding down?

It's full force until it's gone. Everything will be there.

First, we schedule very few ADRs during our 10 day F&W trips, we Graze Around the World. That said, in 2014 during a March trip we were chatting with a CM on the Monorail platform and mentioned we were coming back in Oct and were going to get APs to do Oct that year and the next. He said to be sure to avoid the last weekend of F&W as it's crazy busy then. Don't mean to be a Debby Downer but that's what we were told by him. So, I would suspect it will still be in full swing. I notice the 14th is a Mon so perhaps it won't be as crowded as the weekend, others here might clarify.
