Food and Wine Festival hours

Am I correct to assume that Food and Wine Festival won't actually start until 11am each day and there are no breakfast options available? The plan in place right now has us rope dropping to Epcot and spending most of the day there. We would rather spend our food at Epcot on the festival itself as opposed to doing a restaurant. Are there any events associated with the festival that start earlier or begin with park opening?

The Festival Center should be open at 9AM, it's in the old Wonders of Life Pavilion located between the now closed Universe of Energy & Mission Space. They are supposed to have some breakfast pastries available in there. None of the other Festival booths are open before 11AM as far as I know unless they are opening the new Taste Track one with the Cronuts before 11AM. Best to ask on the F & W Thread if anyone knows if that opens any earlier. Also the Parisian Breakfast event is offered on many Saturday mornings during the Festival. Don't know if there is any availability left as that needs to be booked & paid for ahead of time. The Bakery in the France pavilion opens at 9AM every morning so you could always grab something there or at Sunshine Seasons to tide you over until the Festival booths open at 11AM.
