Food and Wine Festival 2021

It will happen just have to see how it's different.
Definitely-at a minimum we will get "A Taste Of Epcot International Food & Wine Festival".

There's gonna be food, there's gonna be wine. :D

Seriously maybe the concert series and special education type classes still won't be back. But who knows, they might be later during the festival, just not at the beginning.

I have faith that they will figure out a way to still incorporate the performances with the guidelines - especially with the anniversary they will do something special.

It may depend on how many Acts are actually on the road by then.

I would think Social Distancing will still be a "thing" in the Fall, but America Gardens has being an outdoor venue as a huge plus with plenty of room to SD.

I think one major problem would be keeping Guests moving along in the rear of the Theatre on World Showcase Promenade.

With seating limited there would be lots of folks trying to watch from back there.

I have booked a girls' trip for mid-October 2021 so that we can enjoy F&W. One of my gal pals is a foodie who has raved about the special ticketed food events she has attended in past years (cooking with chefs/food and wine pairing meals/etc.) We would love to do one of these types of events. We check the WDW website frequently and there just doesn't seem to be much info. Are there other places I should check besides the general info on the WDW site, or should I assume, for now, that no special ticketed F&W events are being offered?

I concur with what many have already said here. Planning is very helpful. The Food & Wine app is a huge plus. When the menus come out, which is usually about a month before the festival, the app usually updates and I use it to star the things I want to try. We always plan two days for Epcot and do not make any dining reservations those days. My mother, sister, and I like to get different things and share them, though we always get our own Hawaiian Pork Sliders. None of us wants to share those!

Also, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate, especially if you plan to have any alcohol. We always drink plenty of water.

We're waiting and watching for info as well... I was thinking if it were just a 'taste of' again we might wait another year and/or try the flower and garden festival instead in 2022. If its "just" food booths, then I wouldn't mind a little more variety and trying some cute spring offerings instead.

I have been stalking usual performers websites and although some have started to book June July August concerts elsewhere.. nothing says Orlando.. so I'm thinking no modified eat to the beat shows unless it's local acts like flower and garden music series they are doing now.. I the past they booked some eat to the beat in late feb and March so dates were ready to announce in April.

But with such unusual circumstances, couldn't bookings still happen on a later pattern than normal?

But if not,I think they will surely do something like the local Acts again which is way better than nothing.

I would love to see them bring back the SLS acts for ETTB if the National Acts aren't possible.

And I still say Disney could have a great PR win by letting British Invasion and Off Kilter do a few shows as well during the Festivals.

Well, we don't know that food/wine will start so early again. Maybe it won't start until September this year.
