Food and Wine Fest, Cookbook anyone?

I wonder if anyone bought the cookbook from the food and wine festival?
We went two weeks ago and wanted to buy the book, but two screaming children kind of distracted us

I was wondering if anyone who bought the cook book, might be willing to share the recipe for the chicken skewer from China. It was DH's fav and I'd LOVE to make it for him.

I'm curious to know which food items were in the book this year. I didn't see it when we were there and I was wondering if I should look online.

We bought the book, but I don't see a chicken skewer recipe in the recipe index. I'll take a closer look at the book and PM you if I find what you're looking for.

Thanks! It's a BBQ chicken from China. It was served on a skewer, but that may be just a presentation thing for the festival

It's definitely not in the book. There are only four poultry recipes in this year's book and the only one that involves barbecued chicken is a sandwich that was "retired" from the USA booth.

The book this year was put together for the festival's 15th anniversary and is mostly "retro" recipes from past festivals. There are very few recipes in it from this year's booths.

Wouldn't you know they would go retro on us ;-)

Maybe in the 30th annual cookbook, that chicken recipe will be there.
