Is it the $15 culinary demo? You will not get to cook. They will pass out a recipe and a glass of wine to pair with it. That's the only glass you'll get for the 45 minutes so make sure to save some for your sample of the dish! The chef will "abbreviatedly" demonstrate how to make the dish and explain each step. There will be a hostess to help the chef explain things, some people here described the hostess as annoying, but I really enjoyed ours and I see how they can be necessary if you have a chef not so used to public speaking! Towards the end they'll pass out a sample of the dish - we were seated to the left of center (as you face the stage) and were among the last to be served. There will be a Q/A period and then they'll dismiss everyone but inviting you to take pictures with the chef if you so desire. It was fun, and I would have enjoyed going to more of these. I thought it was more enjoyable, and a better bang for your buck than ordering a pairing at one of the kiosks. It's difficult though to schedule one more thing amongst ADRS, FP+, etc.
