I was wondering if this has happened to anybody else...
I (re)started WW a couple weeks ago. I found that Fiber One cereal is 0 points for 1/2 cup (yippee!!), so I've had that for breakfast several times.
During this time, my skin's become really itchy. My back, tummy, and the insides of my arms are the most affected.
I haven't changed soaps, perfumes, laundry detergent, or anything else I can think of. I haven't started eating any other new foods. The only change I can pinpoint is the new cereal.
Now that I suspect the cereal, I'll avoid it for the next few days and see if the itchiness gets any better.
I've never been allergic to any kind of food before, and I don't think there's anything unusual in this cereal. Is anyone else here sensitive to this (or any other) cereal? Any suggestions?
(My husband says I'm just allergic to eating healthy, and this is my body's reaction to suddenly being deprived of McDonald's french fries.)
