Food Allergy Convention coming to WDW in November

This popped up over the weekend, not sure if anyone's seen it as it's still getting info added but Gluten Free and Dairy Free at WDW Blog and the Allergy Free Cook are going to be hosting a Food Allergy and Celiac Convention at Coronado Springs in November.

Ack, too bad that's our departure day! (I may request a late flight now…) Granted, we're not gluten-free but I do enjoy seeing what allergy-friendly products are out there, beyond the few we have access to at home.
