Food allergies at Universal Studios Hollywood?

We are planning a trip to universal studios Hollywood. I have a child with celiac disease and one with life-threatening food allergies to egg, milk, peanut, and chia. Has anyone been to universal with these restrictions? I’m wondering if we will have to take food for them or if we can eat in the restaurants like we do at Disneyland. Any tips?

I have severe allergies and was able to work around them at US. However, mine are not life threatening. The chefs are very accommodating, just like Disney, but it's up to you whether you want to take a chance on cross contamination etc.
