Has anyone ever rented a folding ECV and if so from where? I usually rent a Victory 10 from Gold Mobility but I’m thinking I need something smaller for space reasons. This trip will only be my daughter, my grandson and myself but we are staying at POP and my grandson has a pediatric wheelchair. I’m thinking there won’t be room for both a large ECV and the wheelchair in the room.

We fit 2 Victory 10 scooters in our room with no problem at all. The problem with the smaller scooters is usually seat comfort for the long days, and the length of the battery life.

We have fit two Maxima's which are larger than the Victory 10 in a POP room before. A Victory 10 and a Wheelchair should be absolutely no issue.

The only company I have seen renting folding scooters is Buena Vista and have seen several people pushing or carrying them at the end of the night because the batteries didn't last.

I would stick with the Victory 10 from Gold. If you feel like you would like more room, POP will work with you to figure out what can work. But I think you will be fine.

I usually rent from Regal Mobility as they have a Transformer one that folds down to the size of a carry on suitcase. It can be charged when folded up as well. I have to meet them, but I think for us, that is best as I prefer the smaller size. It lets me fold it up and DH will wheel it onto the bus instead of taking up a ECV spot. They give an extra battery with the rental, so I have never run out. I have only needed to swap the batteries a few times.
