FOF parade and timing

I have the Tony's package booked so will be viewing the parade from the flag pole. What I need to know.....parade officially starts at 3, but I know it takes longer to get to the flag pole area.... what time can I expect the parade to END at the flag pole location?

If my mind serves me correctly, it's about a 15 minute parade. It will most likely take 20-25 minutes to reach the flag pole. That should put the parade finishing between 3:40-3:45 p.m. That would be my guess.
