flying to check in at vista way what to do with bags?

so im trying to figure out when to get to vista way and what to do with my bags. if i get a flight thats the day before ill have to stay at a hotel, and then find my way to vista way and still have my bags to deal with. i dont want to risk the chance that ill be at check in for longer than my check out time at the hotel.
if i just fly there that day super super early i can just get in line, but id have my bags with me.
i might have two huge bags and a carry on, or i might just have one huge bag and a carry on. still not sure until i start packing. is there some where we can put our bags while we are checking in? and if so, is it right there as soon as we get in, or do i have to juggle my bags and any papers they might give me until i get to that point?
i hope this question makes sense!

also a side question, do alot of people actually bring there bags with them? i feel silly that id be bringing all these bags with me in line and i feel like it will be really in the way and just a pain

Depending on your hotel they may have a holding area for your bags where you can leave them for a few hours past your check out time. If you want you can take your bags with you and there is an area in Vista where you can leave your luggage until after you complete the check in process. They will show you exactly where to put them but it's after you get into Vista but before you enter the welcome center so you won't have to worry about handling your bags and the stuff they give you.

My roommates and I all stayed at the Holiday Inn across the street and just hoofed it the next day lol. We had two cars for some of it, but me personally, I was carrying 3 50 lb bags, so I still had a lot to lug.
