FLYING FROM TRI STATE TO FLORIDA

Can anyone share their experiences since March. What does this form they ask you to fill out consist of? Who collects it? Has anyone ever gotten a follow up visit to ensure you’re in quarantine?

We didn’t fly but drove from NJ. We had to stop at the checkpoint and fill out a paper with name, cell phone number and address where we were staying. No follow up visits or phone calls and we were there for 11 days

Yes, we flew from Newark to Orlando the first week of June and stayed 6 days.

We filled out the paperwork on the plane and handed it over as we left the plane. No one called us to follow-up.

Based on these experiences, I take it there haven't been any reports that someone was given a hard time when departing during the 14 day quarantine period? I suppose there's no real way to know unless TSA or the airlines are cross-checking something, but the whole thing makes me nervous.

Departing is never a problem. They told us that it was 14 days OR the length of your trip

I ended up cancelling, I’ve heard too many stories of being checked up on when coming back home to NY, not so much in FL. How Disney will handle It....we’ll find out when Incoming flights from JFK/EWR/LGA board magical express I’m not about to chance it to find out! Not worth it.
