Flying Fish or Trattoria Al Forno?

Yay. We had lunch at Cake Bake, and sadly, I wasn't all that impressed. Our server was aloof and barely checked on us. The food... just okay.

If I were you, and you don't mind the upcharge for characters, I'd switch that breakfast to Topollino's which is a quick skyline ride away. Either way, breakfast allows you to see Cake Bake but enjoy some better dinners.
Big naysayer on the cake shop because I think getting rid of a sports themed venue where folks can go catch their teams while on vacation was and is needed … that said we had drinks and a slice of cheesecake at the bar and found it to be excellent … so good we may try an actual meal there at some point which I gave a 0% chance of happening before our bar visit

We have a breakfast at Topolino's scheduled. Would not miss it! We adore the Riviera Resort and enjoy Topolino's for a late breakfast along with a lovely ride on the skyliner!

Flying Fish remains one of our favorite fine dining restaurants on property. We've been going for well over 15 years. If its just me and my husband, our favorite thing to do is sit at the bar :)

If money is no issue, I'd go with Flying Fish. They do seafood very well, and their steak is incredibly popular for the non-seafood eaters.
