I haven't been to Tiffin's but ate twice last week at FF, it was excellent.

We love FF, had two bad experiences at Tiffin's and don't plan to return.

Like both. This year Tiffins won it for me (the short rib was AMAZING), but I have had two lovely meals in FF. Plus you get the Nomad lounge's lanai whilst you wait on your table...

Flying Fish would be my vote. First it is one of the most beautiful properties in all of WDW, but the food is always delicious as well. We used to be huge fans of Tiffins, but as time has gone on I find the quality has gone down hill as has the adventurous offerings.

Which one is better

We love flying fish. Believe it or not the filet there is delicious as well as the seafood.

Flying Fish easily. Never had any luck with Tiffins(we are big Spice Road, Marrakesh, Sanaa, and Jiko fans. Not a picky eater thing). 4 bad experiences at Tiffins(and not one good one since the opening year) led us to swear off it. But i can only speak from my experience. Our in park dinner at AK is almost always Yak & Yeti nowadays.

Flying Fish is great. Beautiful space and great food.

Too many viariables.
What kind of food do you enjoy?
What park will you be in that day?
I enjoy both and have not had a bad meal in either.
If I am at AK, Tiffins is a given. Would I make a special trip or ticket if I didn't have a park hopper or AP? No. The menu is still very good, but not as unique and interesting as it used to be.
If I'm at HS or EPCOT or a non park day, Flying Fish is an easy option. Their fish is very good, haven't tried thier steaks.
