Cooking Flying Fish Mac and Cheese

Does anyone have the recipe for the Leek, Fontina, and Truffle-laced Trofie Macaroni & Cheese from the Flying Fish? This was one of my favorite side dishes at Disney World and I would love to make it at home. Thank you!
