I haven't flown since they instituted the new security rules regarding liquids, etc. in carry-ons. I keep looking through my carry on and purse worrying that they will find something that I'm not supposed to be carrying onto the plane. When my DD flew to California last August they pulled her aside at Pearson security and dumped everything out of her purse and carry on. They went through each item. When my cousin came from Wales last June they wouldn't let her through security with both a purse and carry on. She was able to squash her purse into her carry on. By the time you are going through security you no longer have your suitcase with you so you can't put whatever it is that is being rejected into your suitcase. Has anyone had any issues when going through security that would give me a heads up on what I should not be carrying. I know I'm being paranoid but I will be extremely glad when I am sitting in the boarding lounge waiting to board. For me this is the most stressful part of the trip.
