fly down case of water in a suitcase?

I think the OP. Was trying to save the most. By packing the water. I looked into garden grocer, but to pay 17.00. For a package of water, i can get here for 5.00 is a hard thing to swallow. But, when you think about the savings this way OP. Buying 2 bottles of water. Per person x's 2 people@ 2.00 per bottle. At disney. For a 7 day trip that would be 28.00 in water. You can get your case, delivered from garden grocer, and some snacks, and goodies shipped to you, just for the amount you would pay on water in the parks. Well, I will go with gardengrocer!!

That's exactly how we justified our purchase/delivery price from gardengrocer too. We ordered OTHER things that we knew we'd use that week, items that cost an arm and a leg at the parks.

One thing the OP could do is request the least expensive brand of water from gardengrocer. The price on the website might just be for a premium brand and quite frankly I see no difference in that than the 97 cent jug that I actually DID have delivered at my resort. I filled a small bottle daily and used that. Worked out great and BOY did I save the big bucks doing it that way.
I've never seen the value of "special" waters anyway so was just as happy to drink the cheap stuff. :p

ETA: oops the prices are up slightly since we went in Jan. A 1 gallon jug of water is 1.39 and a 2.5 gallon jug 3.39. These are name brand spring waters. The OP is willing to fuss with carrying her own case down why not be willing to be bothered bottling her own in smaller bottles once she got to the resort? I think it's a great solution.
I also see water fit for a cpap machine on gardengrocer as well! Kill two bird with one stone is my motto. LOL
Add to that any snacks/sandwich fixin's you might want for the week, stuff you'd pay triple for at the parks and voila, you've just saved far more than what you'd have spent to have the items delivered. :teeth:

I think taking water down to Disney is a little much too, the Hess stations have it and very inexpensive.
But if you insist, please pack it very carefully, in case of leakage.

I was planning on doing that too, going to Hess to grab some... why fly it there, so much hasle in that.
