Flower & Garden Food Question

I've never been during F&G before and wondered if they do prepaid voucher thing that they do during F&W where you tear off the ticket for a booth item (I can't remember what it's actually called). I made a good use of those on alcoholic beverages and high priced food items during F&W last year. I haven't seen this on any of the blogs so I assume not, but figured I'd ask.

I had no idea when I booked our trip we would be there during this. I'm excited,, but I have no idea what it means!

I didn't see this when I was just there but just like the PP above I could be wrong I was there for my first F&G as well
