Flounder's Reef Nursery time & tips?

My husband and I are frequent cruisers with Celebrity and going on first Disney cruise this month with 15 month old son. Can anyone share tips about the nursery?

I'm wondering -
1) times nursery is open (brochure says select hours each day)
2) can you book nursery time and go on a shore excursion and leave child on ship?
3) is it difficult to book time, i.e., every night during your scheduled seating or do they limit amount of times you can book?

Hello, This past September my cousin used Flounders, and everyone is allowed a maximum three reservations, after that, you call, and see for availability..There was always availability ready, at any time she wanted..IF there are openings when you call, there is no limit to how many..Each booking is a 3 hour min... Yes you can go on an excursion, just let them know exactly which one, and how long, in case your child needed, or wanted you...

Is there a maxium amount of time per reservation... meaning if you wanted 3 slots @4 hours each can you get that?

No, that is just about what we did for her on the first day..Every day we either dropped by or called, and it was very easy to find something...
