Flounders Questions.

If you reserve a spot at flounders and you can't make it for some reason, do you still get charged? Does anyone know how many counselors there are for how many kids? Thanks in advance for any answers.

As long as you call to cancel the reservation, you won't get charged. I can't remember how far in advance they want called. Keep in mind, they might have a waiting list, so you are doing someone a favor by calling, instead of just blowing it off.

I am not sure of the ratio of counselors to kids, but I do know that it varies depending on the time of day. For instance, there were less people there at 11 PM when all the babies were asleep.

We missed one of our reservations due to kids sleeping late and were charged, even though we called. Another day the baby had a cold and was not allowed in Flounders.....we were not charged for that slot.
