Flossing teeth in a movie theatre????

I'm all about dental hygiene, but REALLY????

We were waiting for our movie to start this afternoon. This lady and her son had been sharing a thing of popcorn. She pulls out dental floss and starts flossing!! GROSS! Good thing I was behind her and not in front of her.

Not a big thing to me, I would have waited for the lights to go out or went to the bathroom to do it

Yuck! I caan't stand to floss my own teeth, let alone watch someone floss theirs. That's right up there with blowing your nose at the dinner table.

I wouldn't have thought twice about it if I'd seen her doing that in the restroom. I've seen what mirrors look like, though, after someone has stood in front of it to floss their teeth. "Stuff" is flying everywhere. That's just nasty.

Yuck! One of my pet peeves. I can't stand the sound of someone else flossing. Its like fingernails on a blackboard. The flicking of teeth scum....blech. Glad you weren't sitting infront of her. Geez, go to the bathroom to do it.

My ex-MIL used to do it at the table after eating. Including in a restaurant. Then she would leave the floss in the plate.

I have, but I would have gone to the restroom if it couldn't wait until I got home. And we're not talking about one tooth... she did her WHOLE MOUTH.

Some things should not be done in public. This is one of them.

I will make no such promises. I sit mid theater and spit to the right front!! I look at it this way they charge too much for a snack so I make my own. It's the DIS budget board way isn't it?

I was at Walmart a couple of months ago and had the "pleasure" of watching the cashier pick her teeth with the wire from one of her hoop earrings. It was so disgusting that I had to look away.
