Floridian peoples interested in camping at somewhere other than the Fort on a holiday

good to see Donnie didn't drop the ball on this one. I'm up for rock crusher and silver springs on a nonholiday.... but for $63, ya gotta love the Fort. That's my sweeeeet spot.

Ok, I have us set up for $63 a night total group rate for MDW. She will mail me the contract next week and I have until the 22nd to send it in. Each party will be responsible for calling once there is a ressie number and paying for 1 night. I think CLKelly is now on the list too.

More good news is she can get us this same rate for the 4th of July. It's only full hookup but hey, I say instead of $80 a night we do this. I'm sure the one's who want a premium could get it at a higher rate if you really have to have that much more space.

I think we might have finally found a good CM who can help on the holiday rates.

I think the only two loops left that are considered full hook-up are 1600 & 1900. Maybe we could snag 1600 if our group were large enough!!

Here is another state park that u might want to think about for furture camping http://www.floridastateparks.org/sebastianinlet/Events.cfm, I don't know much about it, but I think I heard that it is nice. Not sure if location is good for all, what has anyone heard about this park?

Lots of fishing and Surfing at this park, the campground itself was nothing special as I recall but the park is popular and nice.

Even with group reservations our loop is not assigned until we arrive, however we will be in the same loop.

Once Donnie gets the contract turned in, he'll give us info on the phone number to call and the "group contract number/name". You then call that specific info and make the site reservation yourself. If you need a pet loop, then they'll put the entire group in a pet loop, or put us in a "pet overflow" loop, which until all the upgrades are complete, I think all loops are pet overflow loops.

I require a Pet Loop but no need to worry. I do clean up after myself. At least around most of the trailers.
