Florida woman who was attacked by 12 foot alligator has died

A 54-year-old woman attacked by a 12-foot alligator and dragged her into a pond at her home has died from injuries sustained in the attack, according to a report.

Apparently she died during surgery this morning. Prayers for her family and for those who had to witness this horrible accident.

Oh my gosh. Can you imagine what it must have been like for all of them during that life and death struggle. That's so sad.

That's a very sad story. Also a reminder about always treating gators with respect.

Did you see the other story that is on that site? Disney had a firework shell taken off premises and is investigating how it happened.

I found this earlier account. She was doing landscape work near a pond and it got a hold of her arm and dragged her. People did try to free her.
