Florida Vacation Homes...Magnolia??

I am planning a March 2005 trip with 11 family members total. It would be ideal for us to rent a pool home. I came across Florida Vacation Homes.

The owners have 4 properties. One is just gorgeous, the Magnolia and the rates are extremely reasonable. I was wondering if anyone had experience with them? They have plenty of good testimonies on their website. I was hoping to hear from someone with experience at one of their properties. I have spoken to the owner and she seems very nice and has answered all of my questions thus far.

Bit confused here....Florida Vacation Villas are a well known company but you make reference that they only have 4 homes ! Do you have more details on who you contacted ?

This is probably an private owner who has 4 homes to choose from .I fyou are happy with the house ,price and owner go for it.

The site I am referring to is FloridaDisneyHomes. It is a couple who are in real estate and own four homes. Their site seems legit, but for such small business, I was wondering how legit they were. The Magnolia house is just beautiful and in a great location, but I don't want to get burned since we aren't traveling until March 2005.

Just to help you here - I actually know Dan & Donna very well. Dan is actually our Realtor and he helped us buy our first ever vacation home in July which we rent out. They are a lovely couple and have great houses. Don't worry about a thing - they really are good guys
