Florida Sun Vacation Homes???

Has anyone rented from florida sun vacation homes? I found some great rental houses on there close to wdw but I just want ti know if anyone has rented from there what did you think of the homes?

We have rented with them twice before and are staying in one of their homes for our upcoming Spring Break trip. They have great discounts if you are staying more than 7 nights. They also do not require a Sat-Sat stay as several private owners and other management companies require. We usually stay Friday-the following Sunday (9 nights).

In our experience, the home has been very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. We have stayed in Hi-Tech Heaven (4 BR) twice, but it was already booked for our upcoming Spring Break trip. We are staying in Sweet Dreams (a different 4 BR home). Our kids love having a private pool and game room.

We have close friends that rented a 3 BR condo through them last June and loved it. They said they will not go back to onsite ever again.

We had friends there during our Spring Break trip last year that stayed in one of their homes in Sunset Lakes. They loved it! I really loved that subdivision but my DH thought it was too quiet.

We highly recommend Florida Sun Vacation Homes!

We can also vouch for FSVH. Used them last year and everything said - that the condos look like the pictures - is absolutely true. All of our paperwork & payments were handled correctly and in a timely fashion, no problems paying by VISA, flexible dates, clean units. We love them and recommend them to everyone.

We stayed at Dukeroo's and we had a great stay. FloridaSun was great to deal with and the unit was tidy, clean and up to date. Also they advertised 75 yards from our unit to the pool and it was bang on. This helped as WH is a big resort and saved us from having to drive from our unit to the pool area.

We also stayed in Duckaroos and it was very nice! The pool was very close but far enough that we didn't hear any pool noise.

Well, I just booked with Florida Sun Vacation Homes last week for the first time. So far I can only speak to the reservation process, but it has been great! Reserved my dates online with a credit card, my dates showed as booked on the availability calendar first thing the next morning & I got my rental contract over email that day. I called with some questions and the agent on the phone was super nice and helpful. The impression I get is that they're big enough to have a good selection of properties, but small enough to still give individual attention and good customer service. I had read good things about them on these boards so I was comfortable giving them a try.

This is my first time staying offsite. We'll be in McDuck's Pad, a 4BR pool home in WH, for 5 nights in April. I'll be back to report on the quality of the accommodations after the trip. But truly I'm not worried about it. I've read enough reports that the FSVH properties look just like, or better than, the photos, that I'm sure the house will be great. Can I just say that I am SO excited to have found this place --I have 7 people from 4 different families on this trip, so room-and bed-configuration matters a lot (don't want my 50+ y.o. relatives in twin beds!) McDuck's has 2 Kings, 1 Queen and only 1 room with twins, so it's perfect for my group. Good location in WH, too. Now the hardest part will be waiting until April!

We stayed at Carribean Castle in Emerald Island last March. No problems and the pics of the house on the Internet were very accurate. I would recommend them.

Just reporting back to say that my spring break stay at McDuck's Pad in WH through Florida Sun Vacation Homes was OUTSTANDING. My eclectic group LOVED the house. My kids (16 & 11) never want to stay in a hotel again. FSVH was perfect to deal with. Great communication, everything went just as they said it would, handled my late check out with no problem. Everything was a pleasure. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Windsor Hills, and Florida Sun was the managing agent. Only had one problem, and they got it fixed in a day. They also made sure we were notified if any maintenance was to be done. Positive experience.

Just realized I never came back and updated. We had a very nice stay at Windsor Hills in a 3 bedroom town home called Stich's Hideout, booked through FSVH, in June 2012. I think we paid a little more than we might have booking directly through owner, but we were well pleased with the unit and the company.
