Florida Residents Rates now available for July 11th

Get them while they are hot....

This is just a question - do all members of the traveling party need to be FL residents to get the discount, or just the person making the reservations?

TIA!

I went to Disney's website under the Specials, Fl Res section. I don't see July 11th listed. I don't see any July dates at all actually. How do you know which ones are available for discount if it's not listed on that page? TIA

Disney will probably update their site later today. In the meantime, go to All Seasons Travel to check out Florida Res Rates. Hey, I was born in Durham many, many years ago.

I still do not see Fl Res rates for July. I went to All Seasons Travel, but the cruise page seems to not be working (or it's my computer). Has anyone else had any luck in finding July FL discounts yet? Thanks

Just my complaining, but I HATE FL rates. It is already cheap enough for those who live in FL since they don't need to fly. Now it gets even cheaper.
Plus they get cheaper rates for the parks.

It just bothers me. Why should they get a discount simply because they live there? Why can't they rotate and have specials for people who live in other states every once in a while!!!!!

Believe or not Canadian residents get a DCL on DCL from time to time.

I really don't understand that. I do understand FL residents getting breaks as Disney is a huge presence in Florida but not Canada.

CA doesn't get specials on DCL. In Northern California, we don't even get residents discounts for the DL parks - you have to live in certain zip codes (yet the whole of FL gets residents discounts for WDW!) Go figure!.

Thanks KAYR. Turns out I was looking on the wrong website. I appreciate it.

Thank you I booked a July 4th cruise...I think the reason behind the FL rates is due to the short notice....so we can just drive to the port...and it is one of the perks of living in Florida, I am sure other states have perks that we don't get.

Alot of states and companies give residents special rates for local attractions, state parks, museums etc... Disney would be insane not to give FL rates . FL residents can visit the parks and cruise alot more then most, disney would lose big money.

If you hate FL resident rates so much, do like I did and move here and join in with the great savings!

Helen Parr (to her son): "Everyone's special, Dash."
Dash: "Which is another way of saying no one is."

The way to check:

Go to reservations, and go all the way to the page where you can decline the travel insurance page. On the bottom left is a box to put in a code - put in FLR - if there is not a Florida rate available, a red error message will appear, if you do not get a red error message, then click continue, and the next page will show the new rate.

OR, you can wait for ALL SEASONS to send out their email (if you are on their list)
