Florida Residents Help Please - Tolls from MCO to Fruitland Park

I'm going to be flying into MCO and renting a car for a few days to drive up to see my Aunt in Fruitland Park before my trip to Disney. I tried using the Sunpass toll calculator, but I keep receiving an error...anyway, my main question is, would any of the toll roads be cashless or are there cash lanes for all parts of the route (528 to FL Turnpike to exit 285 Leesburg)? If possible, I'd also like to know the approximate amount.

I'd prefer to not have to use the rental companies toll add on. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you very much!

for the most part you only need to worry about 'cashless' in the Miami area.
