Not sure if this is where to post BUT....can my aunt who lives in FL purchase me and my family tickets w/ her FL discount? She wont be going to Disney w/ us--just buying them and sending them to us.

Nope. You are often times required to show FL ID with your ticket.

I am a Florida resident and have always been asked to show my liscense. On our last trip, November o4, my husband had to go back to ther car to get his liscence because they asked to see it. They told us that it was a good thing he just left it in the car, had he left it at home he wouldn't have been allowed to used the prepurchased tix from the disney store. He would have needed a new non florida resident ticket.

No you can't you will need your FL ID.
If you go to my what irks you thread you will see people wanting to get FL resident tickets who are not is a major irk of mine.

Not meaning to flame you are get flamed, but this is a privilage of living in FL and/or paying FL taxes and if people do this and get away with it Disney could either stop the FLorida resident tickets or make our prices go up.

Didnt upset me a bit---It was actually my aunt who came up w/ it when she heard we were on our way down to Florida. Initially she was going to meet up w/ us--but work plans got in the way. Is there some discount for police officers?
