Does Disney typically release FL resident rates for 3 night cruises? I've been checking weekly and it is always 7 nighters showing deals. My wife and I are looking for a quick getaway on the Feb 26 cruise on the Dream and I am holding out for FL res or a *GT rate.

Also, how do the *GT rates compare to FL res in terms of discount?

It's crazy to think that we did a 7 night on the Magic last year with the FL res rate for the same price that this 3 night Dream would be.

Thanks in advance!

I honestly haven't seen many *GT or FLR rates for the Dream in quite a while. My first cruise was a 3 night on the Dream in early February 2014, and I was able to get a VGT rate which was very reasonable. I booked less than a week in advance. While I haven't been checking religiously, I haven't seen any good deals on the Dream since then... It seems like the Dream fills up pretty quickly as of late and DCL doesn't have to worry about offering discounted rates in order to fill the ship.

FLR (as are *GT & MTO) rates are very few and far between now. I honestly can't remember the last time I have ever seen a FLR for a 3 night cruise.

Now that the Dream has had a little make over, the demand has been high again and the FLR rates havent been necessary.

That's too bad . We are going either way, I was just hopeful for a discount.

Thanks for the responses.
