Florida Resident Annual pass for GA residents?

I saw in a trip report that GA residents are eligible for a Florida Resident Annual pass. I'm having trouble believing that, and it's not mentioned on the annual pass page (https://www.universalorlando.com/Theme-Park-Tickets/Annual-Passes.aspx). Can anyone confirm or deny?

I live in Georgia and I renewed my preferred AP in February this year

I called the AP hotline when I renewed

Others that I meet up with in Florida also received the FLO renewal rate as they live in Georgia

We no longer get the FLO discount on room rates

Call the AP number if you have an active AP
Or if you bought the AP and not activated it yet call and check if they can help you
I do not know if you have to be active or not for their services

Or if you live in Ga and want to buy the AP with the FLO discount call them

If you have bought tickets or merch from them before, they should have your residence info
