Flora, Fauna, Merriweather fairy hats

I need three fairy hats to complete Flora, Fauna, & Merriweather themed outfits for an upcoming race with two friends. I'd love to find something small that could be clipped to our hair or to a headband.

Does anyone know of either a specific place I could buy something like this, or a way I could easily make these? I checked Etsy & didn't find anything.

They're just witch's hats with upturned brims. Do a search for mini witch hats with headbands. Spray paint or cover with the right color of fabric for each fairy (fabric might be a better choice). Add a small amount of tulle for the hatband and additional tulle if you want to tie the hat under your chin like the fairies (but that might be uncomfortable for running).

I would try and make something out of something more like a party hat, like the kids cone shaped ones.
