Had a similar driving experience coming back from school for the holidays in PA. Thought the highway would be the right choice, but boy was I wrong. Tractor Trailers make EVERYTHING worse.

can't wait for the next update.

Wow! I am glad you made it home safely! We had an ice emergency and no one was allowed on the roads for quite a while on Friday. Then Friday night we had really bad fog. I am already looking forward to spring!

The day after Thanksgiving which would be Nov. 27 to Dec. 6. Glad you made it home safely! We had NICE weather here today 60+. I was thinking I could pretend I was in Florida with weather like that. DH mentioned though that just before the blizzard of '78 there was warm weather just like today. Rut Roh!

yah the semis, did not help anything, they were blockig many many of hte overpasses and hard to get around them

yah we were stuck on those roads when they closed them, it stunk big time

yep we had warm weather but still alot of rain in it...but better than snow.

Hey Congratulations on your daughter. I had been reading your reports and your last one--did you ever finish it?? We must have had our kids close together. My son turned 3 mos on 12-25.

Congrats to you, too! LOL, no, I never did finish my trip report....life got away from me! I'd love to do another for our upcoming trip, but feel bad I never finished my last one. So, we'll see...Oh - and our baby girl was born 9/19!

Chapter 4. We continue to tour, and see more decorations!!

Well it did not want to go into another year without giving you guys an update, so here goes, there is alot of pics, so the talking will be minimal.

We left you last going to the GF to take a gander at the tree, and the gingerbread house.

There was a photopass person there taking pictures so we took a few of those, and i will have those photos for you next week when ours comes in the mail so stay tuned for that.

We did get a sneak peak one with our camera

Here is the gingerbread house in its 10th year.

and all of hte ingredients that it took to make it, i think it is really cool that there is a store inside of it.

We then walked upstairs, and you can see the band that is playing on the other side upstairs.

Then took the monorail around to the contemporary.
here are a few pictures.

here is the staging area where they store hte light show boats on water.

and parkers leaving hte monorail station at MK, and his reaction when i told him the MK is right behind him.

went through the gift shop quickly on our way to the boat stop to the FW lodge

and we had to get our yearly picture at the mouse ears.

we saw some ducks at the poolon our way to the boats.

and parker on the boats on mommy then getting warm on daddy

we finally arrived at the FW resort, and saw there nice tree

we were planning on eating at the crocketts tavern, but we it was getting a little late for parker, and we did not want to get back to the resort to late, since he was doing so good all day and it was a long day for him already, so we looked at the pizza side, and there were no tables tehre, and we did not want to eat our pizza out in the cold, so we went to the bus stop and got on one to epcot and then back to our resort, adn had pizza and pop there to eat. it was pretty good.


parker yelled at and smiled at the lady across from us on the bus the whole way home.

i have to stop there, sorry not more to tell, time to leave, and heading out of town for hte holidays again.

so i will be back again on monday

oh i did forget, that when we were on the bus to epcot, parker was yelling and talking to the people across from us, well when we got to epcot and got in the CSR line, the people in line said he was a cute and happy baby, i said just wait till he gets on the bus, they said ohh we were on the last one with you, he is a riot.


then he entertained them all the way back to CSR...he did good until we were half way back to our room then got upset and wanted to go to sleep so i had to carry him and we got him ready for bed, and he was out nursing within 2 minutes, we kept having to wake him up so he would eat a good snack before bed time.

he slept all through the night until it was time for stitch to wake us up the next day.

now i am done
